• Eligibility: -Household income must meet the Federal Poverty Level guidelines -Child must be Birth-3 years of age -For full day childcare, parent(s) must be working, seeking employment or attending school full time.

Proof of family gross annual income (most current income tax report or for the last 12 months, and current Notice of Action of CalWORKS Cash Assistant (if applicable)
